Saint Joseph’s outpatient, or ambulatory
care center, is a day unit that provides care
for ambulatory patients from every hospital specialty,
allowing patients to go home from the hospital
in a timely manner and continue treatment as an
outpatient.

assistants and a secretary, most of whom have
been at Saint Joseph’s for more than 20

with a patient throughout their course of treatment,
sometimes lasting many months.
