Saint Joseph’s Hospital’s CarePricer® is a simple, yet innovative tool that can provide you with highly-accurate cost estimates before your's or your loved ones’ medical procedures - inpatient or outpatient. Utilizing our CarePricer® form, you can relieve any concerns you may have about insurance coverage and/or out-of pocket costs. And our team of financial counselors will answer all of your questions and provide you with information regarding payment options and financial assistance programs eligibility (if applicable). All of
this BEFORE the procedure, so you and your family can focus
on recovery afterwards.
Our CarePricer® estimate is quick and easy to fill-out and submit. Here’s the information you’ll need to get started:

A CPT or DRG code and corresponding description provided by your physician. We cannot provide you with an estimate without a CPT or DRG code. Please contact your physician’s office if you do not have one.

Your primary and secondary (if applicable) insurance cards. We can still provide you with an estimate if you don’t have health insurance.
