Saint Joseph’s Hospital Department of Continuing Medical Education (CME) provides you with high quality activities that; enhance physicians’ ability to improve their medical competence and practice performance, help you address identified priorities in quality and patients safety, improve your patient outcomes, and guide and support the professionalism of all participants. CME events offered through Saint Joseph's Hospital are designed to capitalize on new developments that will enhance the medical knowledge, skills, and clinical performance of participants ensuring that our practitioners remain at the cutting edge of science and medicine leading in innovation.
Potential participants for Saint Joseph’s Hospital CME activities are: physicians on staff at Saint Joseph’s Hospital, physicians who practice in the greater Atlanta Metro area and across the State of Georgia, physicians in other regions of the United States and international venues, and health-care providers and clinical researchers at the local, regional, national and international levels. Types of CME events offered through Saint Joseph's include regularly scheduled series (RSS) and our live CME courses.

Saint Joseph’s Hospital’s (SJH) Department of Medical Education promotes the continued professional development of physicians in order to deliver the safest, highest quality, and most effective patient care. SJH is committed to providing physicians and other health-care professionals educational opportunities that foster excellence in patient care. Program activities comply with the Essential Standards of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). SJH supports the concept of continuous medical education throughout the lifetime of the health-care professional. We offer a variety of activities to meet the rapidly changing needs of health-care professionals.
