WINGS of Mercy Ball

The 23^rd annual Wings of Mercy Ball will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at the St. Regis Atlanta. The gala is co-chaired by Mrs. Caroline Jeffords and Mrs. Teri Xerogeanes.

This annual event benefits Saint Joseph’s Mercy Care Services (SJMCS), which provides primary health care, dental services, education and social services to thousands of Atlanta’s underserved population each year. Since 1989, Workers Involved in New Growth for Saint Joseph’s (WINGS) has helped raise over $6 million dollars for SJMCS through fundraising and service events. In 2010 more than $231,000 was raised to help SJMCS provide more services to its growing Atlanta-based clientele. Over 11,000 people were treated by SJMCS in 2010.

The black tie evening will include a cocktail reception, silent auction, dinner and music. During the evening the WINGS of Mercy Award will be presented to recognize an outstanding individual who has committed time, service and support to Saint Joseph’s and helped further the healing mission of the Sisters of Mercy.
