Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga

Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga is a weekly yoga program based on Deepak Chopra’s world-renowned Seven Spiritual Laws of Success. The class will develop your meditation practice, stretch your understanding of yoga, and explore the healing aspects of Ayurveda. Class is led by Martine O’Neill, a Chopra Center certified instructor and is perfect for beginners as well as those with some yoga experience. The first four Spiritual Laws are grouped together as a series (April 8-29), however those who attend the first four classes are invited to attend subsequent classes covering the remaining three Spiritual Laws free of charge.
