Portal Access

Saint Joseph’s Hospital physicians have access to Saint Joseph’s MD, the hospital portal. The portal provides the most up-to-date information from the hospital and it also provides easy access to clinical systems throughout the hospital such as Radiology PACS, HPF and Quickchart.

Online Physician Access

We understand that the ability to review clinical and hospital information when away from the Saint Joseph’s campus is critical to our physicians for providing quality care. To enable our physician’s with this access, Saint Joseph’s provides online login capabilities to many of the computer systems installed through-out the campus. Active physicians can request login credentials from Saint Joseph’s. Those with current access capabilities can login directly from our web site.

Do you have VPN access?

To access Saint Joseph’s MD, you must have a VPN account supplied by the hospital. This is not your P Number. If you do not have a VPN account, please contact the Saint Joseph's VPN help desk at 404-851-4000. Once you have your VPN account set up, you can proceed to the steps below.

First Time portal setup

If you have your VPN account and are ready for first time access, open this VPN help guide to step you through the process. This process can take 3 to 10 minutes depending on internet traffic and the speed of your computer.
