Tuition Reimbursement
We don't just encourage employees to continue their educations, we compensate them. Education is vital in health care. It's also expensive. That's why at Saint Joseph's, we offer a Tuition Reimbursement Program that extends to every employee with at least six months of service and a satisfactory job performance. We offer up to 90% reimbursement up to $2,500 depending on years of service. That includes part-time employees as well as full-time.
