•  Voice breaks or “cuts off”
•  Vocal fatigue or instability
•  Loss of pitch or loudness
•  Persistent or intermittent sore throat
•  Tightness or muscle pain in the neck
•  Shortness of breath
•  Chronic throat clearing
•  Sensation of a tickle in the throat
•  Fatigue with talking
