This community education program is free to the public and features a variety of physicians and other health care experts on health and wellness-related topics.
Featured presenters include:
- 9:00 am -9:30 am; Nikhil L. Shah, DO, MPH What Makes Men's Health Different?
- 9:30 am - 10:45 am; Gregg Orloff, PhD, Understanding How Cancer Grows
- 11:00 am - 12:00 pm; Warren Jacobs, MD, The Real Impact of Stress on Your Health
- 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm; Nicholas Chronos, MD, The Link Between Erectile Dysfunction & Heart Disease (And What You Can Do to Prevent Both)
There will be free health screenings offered throughout the day to both men and women. Screenings include:
- Prostate Cancer Screening
- Full Lipid Panel Cholesterol Testing
- Stroke Assessment
- Bone Density Test
- Pulmonary (lung) function Test
- Skin Cancer Screening
Seating is limited to the first 200 registrants. Advanced registration is strongly suggested but there will be limited same day registration.
Attendance is free, however to reserve your place, a check for $10 is required. Your check will be returned at check-in on the day of the event unless you choose to donate it to further the work of the Men's Health & Wellness Center at Saint Joseph's.
