COURSE INFORMATION
 
The course fee for physicians is $495.00.  For Physician Assistants and Nurses, the course fee is $295.00.  The conference enrollment is limited; therefore an early registration is encouraged.  This fee includes course materials, welcome reception, continental breakfast on Saturday and Monday and admission to the BBQ on Sunday evening.  Guests of the attendee are invited to the Sunday evening festivities for an additional fee of $40 per adult and $20 per child under 18.

 

LODGE INFORMATION
 
Jackson Lake Lodge has a block of rooms available for conference attendees until July 22nd or until the room block is full, whichever comes first.  Book early!  Call Jackson Lake Lodge at 800-628-9988 to make your hotel reservations.  Please reference the “Tutorials in the Tetons” conference when you make your reservations.

Run of the House - $199 per night – single or double
Non view Main Lodge Room - $199 per night – single or double
Non View Patio Cottage Room - $209 per night – single or double
Mtn. View Cottage Room - $269 per night – single or double
 
When you call to make your reservations, the Jackson Lodge Reservation Agent will be able to answer any specific questions you have about the guest rooms.

Please Note:  Please be advised that Jackson Lake Lodge is located in the Grand Teton National Park.  There is a Park entrance fee that will be collected by the National Park Service of $12 per person or $25 per car.  Admission is good for a 7-day period and allows visitors to travel through both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.
